Bancorp Canadian Realty Finance Corporation was created to obtain exposure to the investment performance of an actively managed portfolio of secured loans and investments in the Canadian commercial real estate sector on a tax efficient basis. By filling an underserviced niche, we believe there are excellent opportunities for the corporation to gain exposure to well-structured commercial mortgage and real estate loans with attractive debt yields. The investment portfolio is well diversified by transaction volume, loan amount, asset type, geography, term to maturity and underlying collateral security.
The corporation obtains exposure to the performance of the portfolio of loans and investments in the Canadian commercial real estate sector held by C.A.B. Realty Finance L.P.

Our management team has decades of experience in all aspects of commercial real estate lending. While based in Toronto, the corporation is able to successfully invest in other Canadian markets as a result of its market knowledge and strategic relationships nationwide.
