The following is a list of items required to process your commercial loan. The more information provided, the faster C.A. Bancorp Realty Finance can react to your loan request.

Three (3) year historical operating statements including:

Borrower/Principal Information

Exit Strategy
Proposed debt repayment and detailed explanation of proposed refinancing sources.

Supporting Documentation

Third party reports:
Include existing appraisal, environmental and engineering reports.
If acquisition:
Provide copy of fully executed contract of sale.
If refinancing:
Provide summary of current financing, price originally paid for property and date of purchase.
If subordinate loan request:
Provide copy of first mortgage loan offer/commitment.
If construction loan request:
Provide detailed construction budget including site acquisition, hard and soft costs, approved building plans, zoning analysis, timeline showing key points from beginning to completion of project.
